📦 Box Breathing – Inhale 4… Hold 4… Exhale 4… Hold 4… (Repeat and feel the calm roll in.)
🌊 Ocean Breath (Ujjayi) – Slightly constrict the throat on your inhale and exhale to create a soft wave sound. Think of it as a breath massage for your soul.
💨 4-7-8 Breathing – Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. This is your bedtime bestie.
🌿 Breathe With Nature – Sync your breath with the rhythm of wind, waves, or birdsong. Nature knows.
